We’re FINALLY able to share this music with you!! Here’s the backstory:
We have been in pre-production for this album while raising money so we can get a professional recording and a world-class rollout when the time comes. In chatting with a potential investor, his comment was essentially, “why should I invest if I don’t know how you sound?” We agreed. So last weekend we booked a studio session with Bryan Stratman at Capricorn Studios (with the help of Niels), went in and tracked for seven hours, gave our tracks to Brandon, and with the help of Vanessa (Jason’s better half who also happens to be the head engineer at The Village Studios up in LA) Brandon made these tracks sparkle. (We wish Jason could’ve been a part of it but he’s been pulling 17-hour days with T-Bone doing the music for that TV show, Nashville… this was too last-minute.)
This three-song demo is going to give you a taste of what we’ll be doing in the studio over the next several months. We’ll be releasing a track later this week so stay tuned.
